There is no off road parking but I rarely struggle to find a space within close proximity to the house. The house is spacious, with high ceilings, double-glazed windows and encompasses original Victorian features. A new kitchen and bathroom have recently been fitted.

This property belongs to my parents and I, who live next door. There is currently one housemate that lives here and is a maximum two person house.

The house will be going on the market around June / July so there may be intermittent viewings around this time which we will always make you aware of. And anticipate around a three month sale time, which is why it’s listed as a short-term let.

We’re carrying out occasional odd jobs and light renovation mainly to the basement (which is closed off).
