Fully furnished, the room includes a private bathroom, two large built-in wardrobes with ample storage, a TV, a comfortable armchair, a table, a desk with two chairs, and a kettle. Generous in size, it offers a welcoming and comfortable environment ideal for a working professional.

The house provides a calm and respectful atmosphere, with access to a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens onto a small garden. The kitchen is available for preparing light, occasional meals and includes a microwave and oven.

A short walk along the footpath leads directly to the High Street, where you’ll find plenty of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. There is also a weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, larger stores such as Waitrose, Tesco and One Stop, and a nearby cinema for entertainment.

We are looking for a working professional who can provide proof of employment, ideally someone who does not work from home and usually eats at their workplace.
