Chippenham has excellent rail links with direct trains to Bath (10 mins), Bristol (24 mins), Swindon (around 10–12 mins), Reading (around 30 mins), and London Paddington (around 1 hour). It’s a great base for commuting or enjoying easy access to multiple cities while living somewhere more spacious and relaxed.

The town centre is also just a short walk away (around 5-7 minutes) and offers a range of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

There are two rooms available with lockable bedroom doors

Room 1 is a comfortable double room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, and a desk for working from home with lockable bedroom door

Room 2 is a larger king size room with an ensuite bathroom, large wardrobes, bedside tables, lamp and lockable bedroom door. There is no desk in this room, however one can be arranged if needed.

The house has a relaxed front room for unwinding, and a spacious kitchen and dining area that are joined together, with a large dining table ideal for meals or working. There is also a downstairs toilet and a separate utility room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, five-ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer, and instant boiling hot water tap. Outside, there is a garden with a patio area for sitting out, and off-street parking is available.

All bills are included — council tax, gas, electric, water, high-speed internet, and TV with Netflix.

We also have a contract with a cleaning company who provide weekly cleaning of communal areas and bathrooms, and can change bedding if required, all included in the cost.
