The room is available to a like minded person - single occupancy. Professional person preferred or student. The site of the apartment is a national heritage site, witin the Victoria Mills complex, Saltaire.

The service charges are £3600 a year, electric and water charges £1200 a year, rates £2300 year, ground rent £300, insurance £1,985. £9500 yearly. These bill are included in the monthly rent. .

References are required for proof of income/student course. The tenancy will be 1 month ongoing until either the guest or myself gives one month notice. Usually if we get on, the guest can extend each month there stay.

The room is furnished to a very high standard - hasn't as yet been lived in - all the furniture is new. There is a shared open plan living area and joint kitchen.

The apartment is very clean and tidy and is cleaned in a daily basis. The guest room will be provided with bedding and towel and will be cleaned monthly.
