Double with kitchenette, garden & cleaner

We’re looking for someone awesome to join our friendly and beautiful house 😁 Happy with either an all-female fam or a mix to give a nice balance.

The monthly rent includes all utilities, TV licence, gardener and cleaner, and I cover some shared household items.

It’s very peaceful here and the bus stop for getting into town is few mins walk away.

The room is newly renovated and with a kitchenette and a toilet next door you’re pretty self-contained. The main bathroom is shared with Liz, and I use it sometimes during the night or for a bath. The shower is a powerful waterfall shower.

The living room has a log burner. I installed high-end wifi signal boosters on each level of the house. There’s also a modern security system if we need it.

I have some health limitations and I often have to tackle tasks in chunks, as my energy crashes. It means a lot to me to create and share a home that is warm and inviting. I’m looking for someone who will treat my home with respect and ideally likes cats. Due to the quality appliances, nice furniture and high quality finish to the interior, I’m looking for someone who takes care of things… and I completely accept no one is perfect and accidents happen.

I’m looking for a lodger who isn’t based WFH but happy to discuss this.

Parking isn’t off road but the neighbours tend to leave the area free.
