I'm a (female) live in landlord (61). There's one other female lodger (37). We are both working professionals and we are clean , tidy and very respectful of each other and the property. We are friendly, sociable, polite and considerate. Hence my home isn't suitable for students, party goers or otherwise 'loud' persons. It's a quiet home and it would best suit another mature professional.

The room is newly decorated, it is bright and it has 2 windows front and back. It's located on the second floor of my cosy 3 storey home. The bathroom is shared only with my other lodger but she's away alot (virtually every weekend) and she is frequently on holiday hence much of the time it'll just be you using it.

Short term lets available (minimum 2 weeks) at a cost of £175 per week.
