I’ve not been taking deposit but too many folk can’t keep room clean or leave owing so sadly I need a deposit for longer stays.
All bills / wifi council tax covered
Or book via Airbnb for months stay

Fully furnished , electric blanket , goose down quilt
Can provide towels
Furnished with double bed/ drawers/ wardrobe and own fridge/microwave ( if you want one - I don’t like them )

Modern family home - chemical free ( as in I don’t want folk using high scented wash powder as I’m allergic-) you can share costs mine if wanted

Who lives here ?
Me , my old cat , my 20 year old son who works away or is hardly in
Graeme - he rents the other room- he’s 35 and works locally - he’s leaving to move to Finland soon so might re rent other room or not ( in which case you’ll have bathroom to yourself)

Washing machine / drying rack for your use

Spacious home
Quiet vibes ( Graeme works late night and sometimes in late if you’re an early nighter , might not work for you ) - although sorting room so much better insulation with wood panelling

I will need to meet or video potential person.

Love cooking ( I’m a nutritionist by trade ) and all things healthy , I’m out fully two days a week but mostly work from home

It’s not a traditional family home, I’ve done room let’s for over 10 years and met the best folk. In fact I could write a book on some of the tales😂
So come join the house - I’m young at heart ( still studying myself and part time uni student at Leeds beckett )
