we are looking for quieter male or female who is comfortable with their own space and respect others space, but also happy to chat and sit when paths cross with your house mates and enjoys eating Persian food as Micheal and Mo are feeders and love cooking.

It's not a party house, but guests are welcome, we just ask you respect the others space. We are looking for a house mate who will fit in with current tenants so ultimate choice will go to them.

its a 5 minute walk from Bramley Train stations, with 1 stop in to Leeds City centre and 2 stops to Bradford with frequent trains to Manchester Centre. 2 min drive to Leeds inner ring road and there is a large Asda 10 min drive away a Tescos 10 min walk and also a Morrisons 5 min walk.
