Room with en-suite in Town Centre Horsham

Females ONLY.
Flat is located 4 mins away from the bus station and 15 mins from train station. Flat is surrounded by shops as it’s in the Town Centre and opposite a cute cafe and library.
Water, electricity, broadband and council tax (bans C) is paid separately to the rent per month rent. Each room including bathrooms has heating.

Will always check if you’re okay with that. I’m really an adventurous ambivert, who is calm and loves life. I don’t take life or myself too serious. I’m also a social worker.

For my potential flat mate, I would like someone who is kind, respectful and doesn’t engage in anti-social behaviour. Who doesn’t host too many parties or events at home. Doesn’t allow too many strangers in the house. Respect each other and the space we live in. Who is clean and hygienic (This is VERY important). Who is able to communicate well. Lastly, pay bills in a timely manner.
