Looking for a friendly but private, professional, would suit someone looking for a safe, quiet crash pad.
- Someone up all night gaming or having loud tv on, isn’t kind, appreciated or friendly in a home of hard workers.

- bathroom & large walk-in shower
- conservatory/dining area
- laundry room with washing machine & drier
- hob & oven ~ you have a separate kitchen area with limited storage, sink, microwave, kettle & toaster, fridge ect.
Fair usage with shower & appliances (20/25 min showers are a bit much, as is 3/4 loads of laundry a week)

Village has 4 pubs, post office/shop, butchers, Tadjar Indian Restaraunt, garden center, with cafe within village & free street parking.
Additional local shops in Findon valley 2 min drive,

Excellent road links to Arundel - 10 mins, Horsham 15 mins, Gatwick - 40 mins, Brighton 20-30 mins.

2 Buses each hour 6am-8pm to/from Worthing station (20mins)

NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF WORTHING HOSPITAL but would suit locum staff for part of the week.

Sadly NO couples, pets, children, smokers, or anyone with mobility issues as there are steps.
I have an cat, so cannot accept other pets.
