This is a clean, easygoing house with fully furnished rooms and 4 shared bathrooms, a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with a microwave, convection oven, dishwasher and utensils. A large living room with TV.

Walking distance to train station. We are located centrally in town.

High speed internet included.

Cleaner comes once a week to clean common areas, and bathrooms. Please be mindful to cleanup after yourself.

Light cooking preferable (shared house so if you cook for hours this is not the place to accommodate that).

We have one good sized single room available

No parking at the building, but there is plenty of parking around the area.

There is a £150 nonrefundable cleaning fee upon move out, which is deducted from the deposit .
