I'm renting out the double room and single room in my 3 Bed house. It's newly renovated (September 2025) and fully furnished. I work from home in the dining room where my work computer is set up, so I need people that will be away for work during the day.
I'm an avid reader, quiet and introverted so not much of a talker. I would like a house mate that is okay with that.

The house is a 10-15 min walk to town, closest bus stop has the following buses 4,5,10,692. Driveway used by me but plenty of off street parking available.
Trains from three bridges, Crawley and Gatwick can get you into central London within 35-45 mins.
The house is situated in a safe, quiet street with mostly families. I am Muslim, so I strongly prefer a female housemate that is okay with the following rules:
-no pork/bacon/ham etc
-no alcohol & smoking
-no male overnight guests
