Double & single room in Detached house

Hey!

Looking for a new lodger from late April/beginning of May for double and immediately for single

I Have had Rolls Royce interns for the past two years as my place is very close by (about a 10 min walk if that)

Large double room for rent, fully furnished with a bed, mattress, side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers and shared use of the main bathroom with the other lodger
It’s a Detached house in a spacious estate 5-10 mins walk from Rolls Royce and 15-20 mins walk to the hospital and university along with city centre just beyond. Sainsbury’s, aldi and liddle are about 5 mins walk away as well.
Will suit Rolls Royce Interns/hospital workers and a short drive to SECAMB station if a paramedic.

Im very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time on the bike and in the gym. I like to watch live music in pubs in the evenings. References preferred but not a dealbreaker.
It’s a Relaxed clean household and would like someone who compliments that.
