I have a double room available for rent, to share with 2 professionals (females) within walking distance to the highly acclaimed Moseley Village and Kings Heath High St. Moseley is an area that attracts the young at heart with a great cosmopolitan atmosphere and plenty to offer.

Also local to QE Hospital and University of Birmingham.

The rooms is available from the 27th May (possibly earlier). The property is decorated to a high standard and includes all the mod cons.

The bedroom is double in size, spacious and comes with wardrobes, bed & bedside tables. .

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood area, parking is available off road for 2 cars and additional parking is always available on the road which is very quiet with no passing traffic (neighbourhood watch area).

For anyone working in the city centre, the No 50 bus runs through the heart of the village and is rated as the best bus service in the city running a 24hr service and several buses each hour. Getting into the city takes no more than 20 minutes. We've also just had the opening of a train station in Moseley and Kings Heath, both within a short walking distance from the property and is 10 minutes to the city centre.

Ideally located on the south side of Birmingham giving easy and quick access to all motorways (M6/M5/M42/M60), Solihull and Birmingham city either by car or public transport.

Rent is £700 for the room and is inclusive of all bills (Gas/Electric/Water/TV/Council Tax) the only exception is Internet Broadband, the cost of which is split between the tenants.
