En-suite rooms, all bills included, no deposit

Hello people :)

We are a fairly young couple and live in a spacious 4 bedroom house in North Solihull. The house has just been extensively renovated, feels and smells like new and is fully furnished to modern standards.

We have a spare en-suite double bedroom available on the ground floor of the house, and an en-suite double bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom inside the room. Both rooms benefit from a double bed, 32" wall mounted FHD Smart TV, workstation for working from home and large storage spaces. The rooms are very warm, bright, having lots of natural light coming in, even in the winter time, andi are very thoughtfully designed.

The ground floor room has its own dedicated bathroom on the first floor. The bathrooms benefit from a centralised hot water system for instant hot water availability.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and plenty of street parking is available. A bus stop to the centre of the city is located just around the corner while a small commercial area with shops/supermarket/fuel station is just in a 5 minutes walk distance from the house.

The house is relatively close to Marston Green Train Station with easy access to the Birmingham Airport and NEC. It also has easy access to all nearby motorways (M6, M42).

The utility bills are all included in the price including fibre optics internet connection.

There is a shared kitchen and living room that we can all take advantage of. The house is very clean and warm. Regular cleaning by a professional cleaner is offered free of charge.

Dishwasher/Washing machine are available for use.

We are looking for young people (or people that feel young and fresh) to have a wonderful stay either for a shorter period or several years if we get along well!
