My current housemate is moving out in July so her room is becoming available!
The house is in a lovely location in Harborne. It was built only a few years ago so it is very modern, with a fully fitted out kitchen, living room and bedrooms!
There’s a 2 car driveway and plenty of on road parking available. There’s a lovely garden with gorg views and plenty room for a desk in the living room.
I do have a cat so you’d need to be ok with this (she’s friendly!!)
