One room available full time student asap

We are looking for full time students to take over our furnished rooms in a 4-bedroom terraced house as we are moving out in May. Three other housemates will remain in the property until 1st September 2026, which is when the current contract ends. You will receive a renewed contract with your name on it, and if you wish to stay beyond September 2026, this can be discussed directly with the landlord.
The contract will need to be agreed and signed by may and you can move in as soon as possible. Available from May 10th 2026
The available room is upstairs and share one bathroom between the two people that live upstairs
• Room : Double bed with plenty of wardrobe space, desk and chair.

The house includes a garden, a lounge area with sofa and a coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dryer, kettle, fridge, freezer), plus a small storage room. Hoover and ironing board are provided (no iron).
Bills are included at £115 per week. Payment can be made monthly, or as a one-off termly payment for the remaining months until September 1st (to be confirmed with the landlord).
The house is located near the high street, with plenty of shops and food places nearby. It is approximately a 15–20 minute drive to the city centre depending on traffic. Free on-road parking is available.
