Great House share. Currently we're 3 guys and 3 girls, all aged between 23 and 32.
The house is really spacious. There is a Very large shared Kitchen with dining Table
Lounge with 3 Leather Settees, TV , Separate utility room with washer and dryer, 4 Large Bathrooms all with power showers.
Beautiful a leafy garden perfect for summer. We have cleaners that come every fortnight so the house is always quite clean and tidy, and that's included in the rent.
There is a good mix of Tenants, charity worker, civil servant, teachers, project manager and accountant, masters student 😊 Some of us work from home a few days a week so no problem if you also WFH as the internet is pretty good.
We're just off Hagley Road, there are shops just around the corner and the city centre is only 10mins by car or 20mins by bus. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away, and we're really close to the local gym. Rear parking at the property available through electric gates.
