Due to personal vacation and returning to my home country, I am now heartbroken to sublet my student apartment at Cadnam Hall. The original price was £209 per week, but it is now £150 per week. For those with a longer rental period, the price can be negotiated. Utilities and internet fees are included.

The apartment has excellent greenery. You can see a large garden by simply opening the window.
It's far from the main road, quiet and pleasant, suitable for those who sleep lightly to rent.
Facilities: The apartment has a 24-hour laundry room and a gym. The best part is that the smoke alarm in our apartment won't go off unless there's a major smoke issue, so you can cook without worry.
Environment: 24-hour security, high safety, and convenient for picking up packages. The apartment is regularly cleaned by cleaners in all areas (including the kitchen, corridors, etc.), so it is very clean and tidy.
Atmosphere:
All my roommates are girls. We all get along very well and are always ready to help each other. The apartment regularly gives out small gifts. During holidays, there are parties with all kinds of drinks and delicious food.
