We are a professional Muslim Indian couple looking to rent out a luxurious room in a domer bungalow conveniently located near the city centre and the spaghetti junction in Gravely hill which is easily accessible to the motorway network and close to universities and also a short bus ride to Good hope hospital in Sutton colfields having previously accomodated staff from there.
The accommodation is to rent with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and own separate entrance all under new construction - so the newly fitted bathroom and a small kitchen which has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave ,a ceramic hob, extractor and a sink will be shared between the two tenants.

All now refurbished to a high standards with high class bedroom furniture in one of the rooms whcih includes a king size bed, 2 bedsides, large mirrored dressing table and a double mirrored wardrobe all in attractive Versace designs! There is off road parking with CCTV security and beatifully landscaped gardens with gazebo, garden furniture and a table tennis table at the front which is fenced all around the bungalow.. very private!

The bedrooms are a very good in 14ft"2" x 11ft" 1" large size allowing comfortable living and is furnished to a very high standards and also is accessible to a utility area on the ground floor where a washing machine facilities is available and a conservatory for dining space and a further garden toilet if needed. Also there is a freezer in the utility area for extra storage usage.
