Just a 2-minute walk to bus stops and grocery shops and around 15 minutes walk from Warwick Technology Park.

I would also consider a Monday to Friday let with a reduced rent, as the room would only be used during the week. Also ready to negotiate on rent for someone working from office 5days a week/ most of the time.
