Need First-Year Warwick student for 8 person house

I am looking for a current first-year student (going into second year) to replace my tenancy that is yet to begin at 10 chapel cross.

It is a spacious 8-bedroom student house in Leamington Spa, ideal for a University of Warwick student looking to join a friendly second-year household. The property is furnished, with each bedroom including its own sink, and offers plenty of shared space with two comfortable lounges.

The house features 5 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plus washing machines and dryers. There are also additional storage rooms for convenience. Outside, there’s a garden complete with table tennis and a pool table.

You’ll be living with 7 friendly male students who are currently in their first year and moving into second year. The house is located close to the high street and Leamington Spa train station, with a direct bus to the University of Warwick taking around 30 minutes.
