The rooms are each furnished with a double /single bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk with chair. TV points in each room and USB sockets for charging. Wireless broadband (fast WiFi) is provided free of charge.

There is a spacious kitchen with two fridge freezers, electric cooker, microwave and a washing machine. The shared lounge is a great place to relax and has comfy sofas, a dining table and a flat screen TV.

There are two large shared shower rooms, each with separate toilets. New shower room to be created over the summer.

Free public parking is available at the rear of the building. All utilities are included (fair usage policy applies) including broadband. Council Tax is extra at £30 per month if you are not a full-time student with a council tax exemption.

Students will need a UK based guarantor. To create the best household experience for all tenants we encourage everyone to stay for 12 months between Aug/Sept annually. This creates a more secure and harmonious environment which benefits everyone.
