Double room in Sandyford- 15 mins to uni and town

Looking for someone to take over my room in a student house in Sandyford, Newcastle.

The room is a good-sized double, with 3 shared bathrooms in the house, so there’s never much waiting around. You’ll be living with 5 other students (ages 19–20) who are all really easy to get on with — social but also respectful of space and chill during the week.

The house is in a great location:
• Around 15-minute walk to uni and the city centre
• Close to shops, cafes, and transport links

Rent is £142 per week, and the house is ideal for students looking for a friendly and relaxed environment.

I’m only leaving because I’m dropping out of uni, so it’s a great opportunity to join a well-established house where everyone already gets along.
