Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for my flat. I really love living here, I have a large garden and am a 2 min walk from Chillingham road. Heaton has lots going on as well. I have been living here for nearly a year with a friend from school called Nick but he has just recently moved to London for a job😭

I am a recent graduate and a paralegal now but I love festivals, hiking, gym and art. My boyfriend also lives in the flat; he works full time, is very clean and easy to get on with. We met at uni and have lived with other housemates the whole time.

I would really like to actually be friends and I’m a good communicator and would want the same. We are generally quite clean but not clean freaks. I'd love to meet up for a coffee or a drink to chat and see if the vibe is right! Im free weekdays at 6pm. Council tax and all bills included!
