We have a beautiful home in Hook Heath, 1.8 miles from central Woking and 4 miles from McLaren. We have two rooms which we rent out in our private home. Private drive and free parking.

The rooms are ideally for rental from either Sunday or Monday to Friday, although we will consider full time short stays or internships of up to six months. We will also consider regular part time stats. We don't charge when you are away for a week or more, if given at least two weeks notice and the room is cleared of all possessions.

We are a professional couple with grown up children (who live away from home) and a gorgeous cocker spaniel puppy.

Monday - Friday £220 per week
Short term £58 per night for single occupancy.
Full time per week: £320 or £300 per week if paid 4 weeks in advance.
All bills included.

This is a large double room with a four poster superking bed, cupboard, table & chair and chest of drawers. It uses the large bathroom on the same floor which is shared with one other during the week. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.

There is a guest fridge and larder cupboard for your use in the utility room and you would have full use of our kitchen facilities, to fit around us.

We have a second sitting room which is available if we aren't using it.

Use of the washing machine once a week is included in the rent but any extra will be charged. Use of the tumble drier is extra but we have inside drying racks and an outside device. Wifi and other bills are all included.

We are used to sharing our home with Airbnb guests, as well as local professionals who are down in the Woking area for work.

We are looking to rent to someone who is out at work or out studying all day. No WFH please as the heating will not be on between 9am and 4pm. Must be clean and tidy and like dogs because we have a very young spaniel puppy. He is in training at the moment but never goes upstairs.
