Cosy double bedroom in ground floor maisonette on the Norbury / Thornton Heath border. Bright and sunny, the whole property feels colourful, characterful and vibrant throughout. The room comes equipped with very comfortable bed and eclectic furniture for that homely feel.

Myself and my housemate Elliyana both work in education, since our other housemate just moved back home to Australia we're hoping to find another easy-going, clean/tidy individual looking for a calm, peaceful place to call home. I enjoy sharing space in a friendly, homely atmosphere, whilst of course being respectful of each others’ time and privacy as well.

The flat has a lovely, sunny garden equipped with dining table and chairs. The price includes all bills and internet, and short term lets can also be considered.

The location is great... Thornton Heath and Norbury train stations are approx 10 minute walk away, which takes you into Victoria in around 20 mins. The number 50 bus stops right outside which is super handy, getting you into Streatham in 10 mins and continues on through Clapham until Stockwell, or to Croydon going in the other direction. Crystal Palace and South Norwood are also both short bus journeys away.
