We are a married couple who have enjoyed having lodgers for 11 years.

We live in a detached chalet bungalow in a quiet residential road in Fetcham, Leatherhead, safe parking in road. We sleep downsrairs. The single room is upstairs with its own shower room. It has a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe with shelves. An office desk and chair. A plastic unit of drawers.. A television if required. A set of shelves.

7 days £700 per month.
May be available longer than 6 months.
Share large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Own fridge/freezer.
Use of large garden. Broadband available.

We have one cat who doesn't go upstairs! Local buses and shops, 5 min drive to station. 5 min drive to leisure centre. Restaurants and shops close by. About 40 mins drive to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Suit professional person working in the area, or student on work placement.
