Double room to rent available from the 1st of May 2026 with one’s own bathroom (only shower and toilet). 10 minutes walk into Guildford city centre with amazing views from the balcony - situated on elevated grounds.

Looking for a flat mate that I can get along with and doesn’t mind me getting up at Ca. 4:30 am - don’t worry I am quiet!

Also she should be relatively tidy - can’t stand chaotic types that leave dirty dishes around or clothes everywhere. Otherwise, general cleaning is looked after by contract cleaners that come in once every 2 weeks.

A bicycle or motorcycle can be accommodated in a garage at a small extra cost.

As part of the terms of conditions to use this platform to advertise my spare room, I am obliged to state the reasons for my preference to only have a female flat mate.

These are as follows:

1) I have been a victim of assault by a male flat mate in the past - I am not a tall person being only 5 ft 6ins.

2) I had a female flat mate with whom I lived with for a period of 1 and a half years, and the co-habitation of which, functioned exceeding well.
