The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a two seater sofa and a bay window with a built in bench and cupboards below over looking the cul de sac street . This room is now taken.

On the ground floor there is a wet room and toilet which there is also a shared bathroom on the first floor.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with beds, desks, wardrobes and chest drawers. The front double bedroom has a comfortable bed, two built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and a desk. this room is taken.

The back bedroom facing the garden has a second door that immediately connects to the family bathroom so it is like and ensuite but the bathroom is shared with the others in the house. This room is taken.

All bills are included, wifi, water, gas and electricity. Students are obliged to contact Guildford Borough Council Tax department in order to apply for the full exemption of Council Tax with an exception certificate which is issued by the University.
