The Annex has good privacy from the main house and neighbours and would be perfect for someone looking for a private, quiet place to stay. Looking for someone that needs to commute to work from Horsley in the week but returns to their own home on weekends. There is a patio out the back of the annex which is very private and perfect for relaxing in the summer. The property has beautiful walking routes through woods nearby and it close to the Surrey hills. Waterloo station is 45 mins, Guildford 15 mins and Wimbledon 30 mins by train from Horsley station. Price may be negotiable depending on expected length of stay. No smoking or pets. Staying over occasional weekends is possible subject to separate agreement and cost.
