Double bedroom in Addiscombe

Hi everyone,

* Please be aware, it’s only available for a Monday to Friday letting.

We are a young couple 37 and 32, both professionals, accompanied by our baby daughter (1.5 year) and our old dog (14).

Ideally we are looking for a tidy student/professional who’s looking for a Monday to Friday safe and familiar place, someone who’s is happy with the idea of sharing with a couple, a little girl and a very calm old dog.

We understand things can change anytime so we want you to be happy and stress free with us.
We are not in a rush to find someone, it has to be someone we all are comfortable with.

We have a furnished double bedroom to rent in a 3 bed terrace house.
The room comes with a new double size bed, divan style for storage underneath, and a new mattress as well. Big wardrobe, a mirror, and we are happy to buy a new desk and chair if you need it.
The room is south facing to the garden so plenty of natural light.

You would have full access to use the double size living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lovely garden.
