We are a couple looking for someone to take over our single room, as our son has recently moved out. Ideally, we’re looking for a quiet, full-time working professional who will mainly use the room as a place to rest.
This is a peaceful residential home, so we are looking for someone who is respectful, very clean, and considerate. Please note: no smoking, no drinking in the property, and no guests.
