In a shared house, ideal for single person (no couples)
You will be sharing with my mum who speaks English, Hindi and punjabi and is fully independent who is renting the guest room.

THE ROOM
Furbished room will be fully furnished with:
- bed that opens into a double size
- desk wardrobe before moving in.
- desk/ dressing table and chair

THE HOUSE
The is modern and fully equipped, shared spaces are living room, kitchen and there is a garden to enjoy in the summer

LOCATION & TRANSPORT
The house is located in East Croydon, 15 mins walk to the station or 10mins by bus, nearest bus stop is 7 mins walk. Buses are 197, 410, 312, 367

Direct trains and frequent trains to London Victoria and London Bridge in 20mins. 20mins trains to Gatwick Airport

ABOUT YOU
My mum is completely independent with a bright, positive personality. She truly values a balanced home life—she loves her me time and respects others' privacy, but she’s always up for a friendly chit-chat over a cup of tea. She is very respectful of personal space and understands the need to unwind solo after a long day.
