Lovely situation, near Watt's Gallery, Compton. Delightful rural walks and bike paths, including to Guildford. Good access for A3, Guildford 5 mins, 35 mins to Waterloo. Local bus, no. 46, but easier / better to have a car here.

Double bedroom, wardrobe, draws, desk etc. Luxury bathroom (not ensuite). Open plan kitchen–living room, wood stove. Large 'rural' garden, lots of wildlife, squirrels (semi-tame!), rabbits, foxes, pigeons, pheasants, deer etc. Looking for considerate, friendly, lodger/sharer.

My current lodger, who is moving to her own place in June, has been here since 2017. I have not provided a photo of her bedroom, as it is currently occupied, but it is a reasonable size (c. 18' x 9'), with lovely views onto the garden, and, with L's permission, I should be able to show it to you if you are interested.

Although I have advertised for 7 day lodging, I am also open to a Monday to Friday agreement should you be interested or some mix of the two. I have not included the living room in my ad as such, but as it is part of an open plan kitchen-living room, we will, to some extent, be sharing these spaces. Your room will also be arranged with desk and comfortable seating, and there are other nice places in and around the property to use.
