The Annexe

Renovated outhouse in countryside idyll, surrounded by fields but only 5 mins drive from Bentley station and walkable to village for shops/pub and buses to Alton/Farnham etc.

Light and airy, with all mod cons (including tv and dedicated wifi), fully functioning kitchen (no microwave) and walk in power shower, private entrance and terrace with stunning view of the best valley in Bentley.

This is a private annexe with entrance to self contained annexe flat and own private veranda with table, chairs and parasol (and views over the Hampshire countryside!)

Inside, the annexe is open plan throughout. There is a standard double bed downstairs and then a mezzanine floor accessed by a ladder for storage.

Washing macchine ànd freezer space accessible in outbuilding of main house. We do not have a tumble drier.

Parking for 1 car only

All bills included in monthly rental

Weekly clean àt £20 per week is an additional cost for lodger to cover in cash/advance. If a full hour is not needed, then we can adjust time/cost for cleaning.
