A large double bedroom on the first floor with a king size bed and double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. . There is a shared shower room nearby shared with one other lodger. There’s a separate toilet next to bathroom. It’s a quiet room overlooking a large garden in a beautiful large spacious house.

The house is a detached 5 bedroomed property. There are 2 lodgers plus a family member. so plenty of space. The house is maintained regularly by the owner. who lives next door.
The house has a large well equipped kitchen with a large dining area. It has two downstairs sitting rooms one is a large with a TV and the other is smaller. There is a downstairs toilet.
There is a large conservatory overlooking the garden. It is a bright and comfortable house. We are looking for someone on a short term basis, 3 months initially but could be extended.

There are currently 3 people in 3 of the five bedrooms. One bedroom is en suite. The shower room is shared with one other lodger. The new lodger will take the place of the lodger currently living there and will be moving out soon. The household consists of one male family member sharing with two other lodgers so 3 altogether so plenty of space. .
