We are looking to rent out a Double Room in our (Council Tax Band B) house in Halesworth.
Looking for a Professional Male / Female aged 35-70 who is an Animal Lover ( as we both have a cat and a dog).
Must be a Non-Smoker who is honest, reliable, clean and tidy and easy-going.
No Students please.
Must have character references as well as working references.
Use of Shared Kitchen / Bathroom / Conservatory as well as Patio / Back Garden.. Can occasionally use the Dining Room. ( when the home office is not in use or when guests are present)
We have use of Broadband \ Internet all set up for use as well.
By the way, if you do drive a car, there is parking available outside our house.
