Beautiful double furnished bedroom ready for an oc

I’m looking to rent out my spare room to somebody who loves cats as I have 3, they are incredibly friendly and love attention and cuddles.. I’m not to fussed on male or female as long as you’re a clean and tidy person with a full time job . I would prefer someone who is sociable and fun in looking forward to warmer weather for barbecues ect , friends and partners are allowed round as long as they are respectful. I also really enjoy cooking and would be happy feeding you a couple times a week as I always make to much. You would have your own toilet as when I have lodgers I always use the downstairs toilet.

Furnished bedroom with a king size bed nice bedding included. The bedroom Also includes a desk/chair, laundry basket, rails and cool boxes on the wall for storage. Under the bed are big drawers too,. Lovely kitchen with cooker air fryer fridge freezer and a washer dryer big llounge with French doors leading out to a really lovely garden with garden chairs and table. I have a shower and bath. The rent covers all bills and council tax. If desperate we could always negotiate the deposit amount,. My house is close to everything including Asda, b&m the range etc and a 15 minute walk to the train station and town centre. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Jo x
