Modern & Private 2 Bed Opposite Thistle Park

I’m looking for a fellow professional to share a well-presented ground-floor flat in St Ninians. I’m a 41-year-old Scottish professional with a hybrid work schedule. When I’m working from home (2–3 days a week), I stay tucked away in my room, so the living area remains yours to use!

After living in Spain, Dubai, and France, I’ve been back in the UK for four years. My "party days" are behind me; I enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, dog walks and road trips. I’m active, enjoy a good home bread bake, and live a quiet life—though I’m always up for a casual beer!

The Best Bit
I stay at my partner's house 3–4 nights every week, so basically you get the affordability of a flatshare with a significant amount of "solo" time to enjoy the space to yourself.

The Flat

Your Room: A freshly decorated double bedroom with a brand-new carpet , wood furniture, and a bright, south-facing window. Furnished with a king bed (bed frame yet to be installed but will be in for your arrival) and standard storage (large wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as small desk space.

The Shared Space: A smart, modern kitchen, a newly renovated shower room, and a comfortable, easy-to-maintain living room.

Outside: Private front and rear gardens (great for gear or gardening) and easy on-street parking right outside. I have two sheds which we can share if you need additional storage.

Location: Directly opposite Thistle Park—perfect for a quick walk or fresh air.

The Roomie
You’ll be sharing with me and my medium-sized, super-friendly dog.

The Details

Available: 1st May (can do earlier if you’re ok without a bed frame for a week or two)

Rent: £600 pcm + bills

Council Tax: Band A

Terms: 1-month deposit | Minimum 6-month commitment
