• Kitchen Essentials: A microwave and kettle are also provided in the room for your convenience.

• Bathroom: Conveniently located right beside the bedroom.

Shared Facilities:

• Dining Room: Tenants are welcome to use the dining room, which features a large TV—perfect for meals or relaxing.

• Kitchen & Laundry: Full access to the kitchen, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

• Personal Appliances: You are welcome to use your own air fryer or similar appliances in your room, provided safety and ventilation (opening windows) are maintained.

House Policy:
Please note that while the dining room and kitchen are shared, the living room is a private area for the landlord and is not communal. The house is currently undergoing some improvements to keep it in great shape.

Rent & Terms:

• Rent: £500 per month (All bills included).
