I am a social worker who works mainly from home. The apartment is situated in the sports village in Cardiff Bay with excellent transport links and lots of amenities within walking distance. I am looking to let to a female and would be ideal for someone working mainly in their workplace as I work from home for the majority of the time. The room is a double with a king size bed and exclusive use of shower room. I have a very friendly cat so please don’t apply if you don’t like them.
