The flat features a living area with plenty of natural light and great views, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and access to a communal backyard and a washing line. Both bedrooms are furnished, and the flat is ready to move straight into.

Located within walking distance to town, with bus connections just a couple of minutes away, the flat offers both convenience and a relaxed setting.

The landlord will stay occasionally and will always plan and communicate access in advance. They will be based in a separate room within the flat and only require brief access to the kitchen and bathroom.

The flat isn’t newly renovated and has a few minor quirks but overall offers a comfortable and well-located home with plenty of light and character. Double bed on single room (although not shown in picture). Also less toys etc on move in ;)

The rent can be split between two tenants (£800 / £700). Couples are welcome to rent the whole flat, or by agreement for the larger room at a higher rate.
