Comes with a large desk and office chair for easy study as well as wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in shelving .
DOUBLE Total Costs for the month : £820-830 per month with bills

Whilst bills are not included (Internet, water, gas and electric) they are split between housemates and they are currently £70-80 per month. Please be aware that there is No Council tax payable because it's a student household.
*It’s a quiet Post Grad student house with 3 lovely people who get along well.

*House is 5 mins from the bus route to both Bath Spa and Bath Uni (Buses go about every 10 mins I believe), has on street parking and a lockable bike shed.

*There is a cosy but not small living room and a large bathroom, brand new fully equipped kitchen with everything including microwave, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and all ……unfortunately I don't have an up to date photo of this but its all shinny white with light wood effect worktops, a black and white floor, new cooker, hob and extractor.

*Moving in here will require you to bring bedding, towels and your laptop and that’s all, because everything else is provided !

*Oldfield Park itself is a buzzing community with a lovely high street which has everything you need including , take always, eateries, supermarkets, charity shops, post office, banks, gift shops , hardware shops etc .......... most popular with students due to its amenities and closeness to Bath city center and both unis. The house is a 10 min walk from all this.

*I am an experienced landlord managing the property myself which means things get sorted right away . I’m approachable , friendly and fair.
