Double room

Hello
I'd like to find someone to share my house with. I'm relatively easy to get along with, but haven't so far found a housemate. Please do contact if we've not talked or met, but not if we already have.
It's nor likely that I'll accept males under 50 or females under 35, but I accept that this is a broad brushstroke! And I'll only consider single occupancy.
I'm a quiet, relatively introspective guy, but articulate, and happy, enjoy intelligent conversation, good food and a little exercise such as hiking, a game of badminton, yoga or walking along the canal. I like my plants, and a bit of folk music
Room is 11ft by 8.5 ft, with an alcove at the side which has storage, and a hanger for clothes. Housemate is welcome to personalise the room however they'd like to.
Shared lounge and kitchen.
Will be a pleasure to share with someone. I only have BBC iplayer, but happy to set up Netflix if you're desperate!
Parking is on a nub, off road 50 feet or so from the front door. It's always felt safe here.
Would prefer if someone stayed for longer than 3 months, but not essential, and a few shared interests are a bonus.
If you have a profile that says nothing other than your age etc I'm unlikely to respond.
