I'll soon have a furnished single room available on the 18th May with bedding, big wardrobe and plenty of storage space. It's ideal for a mature student or professional within Glasgow or Paisley.

You'll also have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom and free to use the common facilities such as the sofa, kettle, grill etc. You'll need to provide your own food shopping and toiletries, however we can discuss splitting bills for commonly used things such as toilet roll etc if you wish.

The flat is in Paisley centre, and is a 5 minute walk to the train station, 20 minute walk to Glasgow Airport and a 8- 10 minute walk to supermarkets.

Ideally, I would be looking for someone who will stay in the flat for at least 1 year at the current rate of £540 pm. Broadband, utility and council tax bills are covered by this.

Shorter lets of 3-6 months will be considered, however the price will be increased to £580 pm.
