Feel at home with a comfortable, double anti-allergy memory foam bed & a single luxury Highland pocket spring bed. 2 double wardrobes, dressing table/work space with shelves, ample drawers, side cabinets, TV, chairs, microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, tea, herbal teas coffee, chocolate & a "Good Vibes" camper van tin of goodies.

The dining kitchen is large & bright with a music theme for fellow music lovers & looks onto picturesque enclosed, private garden with lovely trees, shrubs, flowers, garden chairs & table.

The white bathroom is tasteful & spacious to relax in a bath or a take a refreshing shower.

Conveniently located near Glasgow Airport. Suited to professionals for convenient work location, relocation, holidays, training, in between houses etc.

Easy commuting with bus stops close by with regular services to Paisley, Braehead, Glasgow, Universities & many other areas.
Motorways are also few mins away to Glasgow & many other popular locations.

Locally everything on your doorstep, but far enough away to maintain the peace & quiet :-
Tesco, Home Bargains, B&M, Phoenix Retail Park with many shops, dining, multi complex Cinema De Lux, Asda, TK Maxx, restaurants, cafes & many othèr shops & tasty food options.

Also winner of best Scottish pub, with live music, football, karaoke & friendliest folks is a short walk away. Italian cafe & food take away. On-X sports Centre with pool, gym, yoga, fitness, classes, cafe. Johnstone Town Hall with theatre, pantomimes, comedy. Paisley Museum & Town Hall with live music, comedy, theatre, exhibitions etc.
Lovely nature walks including to Johnstone train Stn & other surrounding areas.
Co-op Supermarket with post office, shops & tasty take aways..

The house is feng shui'd for positive, harmonious vibes & eco friendly, suited to quiet, tidy lodgers who resonate with these aspects & prefer privacy like myself for happy, peaceful living.

There are no pre-viewings (same as hotels & airbnb as house can be seen from photos.) However an initial short stay is available to check suitability & then extend accordingly.

As i greatly value privacy, i'm not usually seen in the house & honour guests with that privacy too. The "Good Vibes Only" room is for lodgers who are out/at work & not working from home.
