En-suite double room in renovated cottage

Hi,
I'm currently renting a two bed house near Aberfeldy and I'm looking for a flatmate to share with, which the landlords have approved.

The room available is a ground floor, en-suite double room with a bed, bedside tables and dresser. There is space for additional furniture such as drawers, wardrobe or clothes rack. A shared modern kitchen and a shared upstairs living room are also part of the property.

Ideally looking for someone who is used to sharing and that I could get along with - I'm from the South of England, studied French and German, have lived abroad and love sport, music, films and work in the whisky industry.

Additional bills would be a split of council tax, electricity and wood pellets for the biomass boiler, expected to total max. £200 a month per person.

I'm mostly around in the evenings and quite often away over weekends, so depending on your work pattern you may often have it to yourself.
