Double Room in Summertown (OX2)

Lovely double room available in 4 bed home in OX2. The house is clean and bright. You will be living with 3 friendly working professionals (1 engineer and 2 post-docs). There is a lovely sunny garden for the summer.

House is relaxed, friendly and social. Everyone is pretty independent and busy, but we like to do activities together a few times a month (eg. board games, movie nights, going out for a glass of wine or Sunday roast, cooking together etc.)

Bills are not included and are split equally between all housemates.

Room is available from 2nd of May until end of current lease on 13th August. The other housemates are moving out at end of the lease due to changing jobs, so it is ideally suited to someone looking for a short term let, but there may be potential for you to stay longer as the landlord is planning to re-let the property.

It is located in a nice quiet part of Oxford but still very accessible to shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute cycle to Summertown shops and a 15 minute cycle to city centre. It is also close to bus routes for city centre, Old Road Campus, JR and Churchill hospital (700 and H2). Also very accessible to the ring road and Oxford Parkway train station.
