Double Room (16 sqm) in big family home

Hi, we have decided to rent a double room in our Littlemore home, available in early April.

The house is a large Victorian detached house with lots of space. We are a mixed British / Latin American family and welcome other language speakers and cultures.

The rentee can utilise the shared spaces of the ground floor, including kitchen, dining room, conservatory, garden, and the downstairs bathroom.

The room currently has two single beds, a sofa and various natural wood furnishings, but a bed can be moved out to make more space if preferred.

The £750 monthly rent includes all utility bills, Council tax, broadband, telly licence. We aren't asking for a deposit but monthly rent should be paid in advance. We request one month’s notice of termination of the rental We would consider couples for £850 per month.
